Yes. We are a government registered foreign employment agency, licensed by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE). You can check any agency's licence with the SLBFE before you pay anything.

We explain every cost clearly before you start. Fees depend on the country and the job, so we give you the exact amount for your vacancy before you agree to anything. Some costs, such as the medical test and SLBFE registration, are paid to other organisations.

Yes. Sending us your application through this website, on WhatsApp or at our office costs nothing. We only discuss costs once there is a suitable vacancy for you.

Registration with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment is required by law for Sri Lankans going abroad for work. It gives you access to the Bureau's welfare services and insurance scheme while you are overseas. We complete the registration with you before you travel.

You will need a valid passport, your NIC, and certificates for your education and work experience. Your passport should usually be valid for at least six months, and often longer. Some countries and jobs need extra documents, and we give you a full checklist.

Yes, most destination countries require a medical examination before issuing a work visa. It must be done at a centre approved for your destination. We book the appointment and tell you how to prepare.

It depends on the country, the employer and how quickly your documents are ready. It can take from a few weeks to several months, and we give you an estimate for your vacancy. We keep you updated at every stage.

Visa decisions are made by the destination country, so no agency can promise approval. If your visa is refused, we explain the reason where one is given and discuss other vacancies with you. Any refund terms are explained to you before you pay.

Your contract states your salary, working hours, leave, accommodation and contract length. We go through it with you before you sign, and it is registered with the SLBFE. Salaries are normally paid by the employer into a bank account or in cash, as stated in the contract.

Contact us first, by phone or WhatsApp. We will contact your employer and the overseas agent. You can also contact the Sri Lankan embassy or the SLBFE, which has welfare officers in many destination countries.

Yes. Your family can call, WhatsApp or visit our office if they have concerns or cannot reach you. We keep a record of your employer's details so we can help.

Ask for the SLBFE licence number and check it. Be careful if someone asks for money without a receipt, promises a guaranteed visa or salary, or asks you to travel on a visit visa for work. A licensed agency has an office you can visit.

Our main categories are construction workers, hotel staff, restaurant and kitchen staff, supermarket staff and bakery workers. We already work with partners in Israel and Romania. Contact us with your requirements to discuss other categories.

A demand letter stating the positions, numbers and terms, a power of attorney or agency agreement, a draft employment contract and company registration documents. Documents may need attestation, depending on your country.

We shortlist candidates against your requirements and check their documents and experience. You can interview them in person or online, and arrange trade tests where needed.

Timelines depend on the destination country's visa process and the number of workers required. We agree a schedule with you at the start.
